Goldie’s Search for Silver was chosen by the Times-Picayune for its Christmas WISH list for kids gifts. It was the only children’s book selected by the New Orleans paper for its annual list and was accompanied by the following: “Hurricanes, redfish and Cajuns with cast nets populate this beautifully photographed, locally written book by Timothy A. Weeks.”
